Work is scares and it's not easy when one was use to earn a stable monthly salary

My love for working in factories comes from workind on my school holidays for Ford [Samcor] in their parts department,car parts and taking stock. In my Army days as a medic i have worked with products, packing and recieving and stock takings of medical products. At the SA Mint i was the youngest to be apointed as a tool setter, working long hours and shifts.I worked on high speed presses where i help out all over in the factory when needed working from the start of manufacturing to the end,i was also apointed as a forman and supervisor. At Rainbow working with high volumes of products on packingging machines as a machine minder/supervisor. At Beka in a factory overseing on the night shift as a Supervisor for 8 months, with my co workers made products and pack more then the daysifts combined could do, we were only 34 people, the day shits staff was 3 time more and we broke all records of assembling it and packing the products.

Pros: It was a real learing experience for me to work on my own for myself to earn a living in the Cape
Cons: Working for oneself is not easy ,work is coming in very slow

Pros: Yes for only the hard working employees
Cons: 9uur pir day

Eg Excellent learning experience

I am currently three weeks back in South Africa after farming in Brazil for 3 years. I’m an honest hard worker with integrity and flexibility. I’m enthusiastic and passionate about my work and I’m good with leadership and problem solving. I give attention to quality and work standards and therefore always keep my clients happy. I have the ability to work in a team but also independently and have a very high tolerance for stress. I’m a great leader that believes in keeping my team positive to get the best productivity.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: There are no English speaking people
