The company I work is big with a lot of workers. Professional workers are only 10. I was able to get my High court right of appearance and I was enrolled in the Gauteng Division as an attorney as I was Admitted as an Attorney in KZN.

Excellent condition warning curve.

For the past few weeks working at hammond pole attorneys has been nothing but growth and useful training. You get to socialize with different personalities and gain negotiating skills by talking to clients and convincing them to repay what is owed to either retail stores or banks. My current job is target driven and currently I am working two hours a day (night shift) up until we have proven that we can excel and become permanent day shift workers.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Only two hours excluding Friday

Strong Admin Skills

I am a loyal person and I am always eager to learn more. I am prepared to accept responsibility; this gives me the opportunity to always go the extra mile. I am always willing to work extra hours and ready to operate hands on. I enjoy challenges and new opportunities to grow and develop my competencies and skills.i am very target driven. I am very reliable and believe in customer satisfaction, making it my personal motto to keep customers happy.

Good working environment

the working treatment is unfair at times but the company has exciting working environmnet and the collegues are good people to be working with,my only problem is the travelling distance to work and coming back.

Was a good learning path.

It has been a good learning path, made allot of new friends and learnt more culture. Worked as a team which is a great support structure. Dealing with difficult clients and complaints could be challenging at times

Great for experience

At Hammond pole attorneys I have since built a perfect relationship with my manager and the rest of the team. I like the flexible working hours and the weekends off.The most challenging aspect is having to deal with difficult debtors especially those who don't intend to pay their accounts.

Great people, excellent learning curves, potential to grow, hard work pays off

There is always potential to grow. I met a lot of good people there that became very important to me. I would go back, however the company is not in the correct province. I had a long road with the company and had a few promotions.

days are long making calls to debtors stress levels are high colleagues are the best learned the legal process interacting with different debtors daily

We are debt collectors in a target driven institution

At our company we are target driver collections agents, who are responsible for collecting outstanding balances from debtor's accounts. The environment is for team players and self motivated people. I have learned to think on my feet and resolve queries effectively and efficiently. The challenges are when the target is not met and will affect your Balance score card and possibly of earning incentives

Pros: no opportunity for growth
Cons: normal working hours
