Great learning experience

A day at work is me assessing balances of debtors ledgers. I am a people's person whom most if not all my colleagues find me very approachable. I have learned a whole lot. The entire finance system of a travel agency was new to me and found of very interesting. I enjoy and love my work. Having to assess, analyze and fix old balances but because I love & enjoy what I do, discretion, integrity and work ethics comes as second nature.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn.
Cons: Under staffed

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I am enjoying working with my co-workers, because everyone know what to do. We are working as a team. I have learnt that it is important to take you job seriously and respect each other. What i am enjoying most is that no one is after me, I drive myself I don't work under supervision. The most challenging aspect of the job is the money that I earn, It's really frustrating because I have a lot of responsibilities, but the money that I earn there's nothing that I can do.

Pros: There are no promotions, not unless the bosses likes you.
Cons: I am working normal hours, from 8:00 am up until 17:00pm
