High volume-customer and service delivery. Busy environment. All rounded, most challenging is attending to everyone at the same time. Requires extreme concentration and follow up knowledge on orders and customers.

Pros: great learning environment eventures in every aspect.
Cons: no benefits or commission structure and no room for growth.

i do enjoy working at Ford, good environment & lots to learn but no room for growth , they are opportunities but they only hire from outside do not give internals chances to grow withing the company
