Excellent venture

I’m computer literate and have knowledge in, WeconnectU for Property management system and Swordfish Debt Collection Software , work as a team , i work 8 hours in a day i work 2 Saturday in a month, i enjoyed the leisure with clients and debtors, most challenge is come across with uncooperative debtor or clients

Pros: good opportunity to work in different account
Cons: hours reasonable

The company is a grea place to work at. All my colleagues are helpful in everything that we do as a company. t place to work at. The work place is a fast paced environment as challenges might arise that need immediate solving and rectifying.

It is creative-orientated

It is very lively in a call centre that operates in many fields such as debt counseling and collection, we work using a variety of systems on our computers, we punctual and professional.

Pros: Great working environment, incentives and good working conditions
Cons: No study leave which is key for me

Teaches us to work well under pressure willingness to become a better team leader

Ability to work as team .negotiating payment arrangement with debtors i learn the power of success is all about hard work always working at your best optimum level be open to news ideas and exploring new things .challenges will be working with a difficult debtor but still obtain a payment arrangement at the end of the day.

Pros: great opportunity to groom you to be a team leader
Cons: dealing with difficult debtors
