The company offer good working environment with a lot of new challenges every day. the employees and management have good relationship and its easy to book an appointment to have a discussion with them if having concerns.

Very long hours and off days

Very long working hours. Management does not take employee advice with machine improvement seriously. Favourite within the employees. Micro management.

I don’t know

The work is straightforward. Interesting.the company is full of young people with a lot of potential. Team work is there, the company started . The work is reasonable, management is interesting. Very interesting. The company is a clean space to workin, health and safety are a priority.
