i am working from monday to saturday, relationship is good, i enjoy working with team also the most challenging aspect is working with stubborn clients.

I gain lot of experience and am excellent in everything

Marketing of the scheme and capturing of new member on the system helps me understanding lot of important thing and I have good communication with my colleagues, I have learn how to treat people and attending to visitors. I enjoy working with people because I got more experience from them e.g. doing follow ups when am doing something and the most challenge I got is when I do claim processing where you need to be more carefully, so I one day made a mistake that was my challenge at work.

Pros: I work hard
Cons: long working hous

Learning Curve

Working well with my co-workers and have understanding of what needs to be done. I am always on my toes when ever there is a problem within the branches. My job escalating is 24 hours starting from the moment I receive a call.

Pros: Great opportunity on learning about the system they are using as the insurance company
Cons: Working overtime when its our busy days

Excellent

work for 6 days a week, have good relationship with employees. I have learn how to process claims, receiving claims also know how to answer telephone. I enjoy communicating with clients and enjoy to do different work everyday. To talk to different people

Excellent learning curve

It was a good working environment .In have learn how to interact with other people, how to handle customers.How to handle difficult customer's.I learn how to market the scheme. We have good relationship has co-workers because each and everyone need each other to maitain a high starndard of the scheme.I enjoy presenting or market the scheme to the client's .The most challenging are the difficult customers where I have to convince the client to join the scheme.I have also leaen customer service and be polite when I am attending the difficult customers.
