Being mentored at my current company is been a beyond measurable experience to me when comparing my previous experience with the company i have worked for. I am a professional Office Administrator.

Bieng in the construction industry for over 6 years has taught me the importance of working as a team to achieve company goal. Respect for all cultures; bieng an enterpreter and learning to adjust to new languages. Bieng selfless interms of putting the needs of others before mine and bieng accommodating to achieve common goal. I am aso a proactive person I don't wait for instructions I get things done.

Pros: Bieng in multicultural environment.
Cons: Working flexible hours to achieve the deadline for completion of project.
