Good over the phone experience

Working at the company taught me alot of things. It showed me how to dress in a manner that will bring out the professionalism in me but more importantly it gave me the opportunity to grow as a person in the business world. We are a legal call centre, a normal day is coming into work not to colleagues but to family but once work commence, we complete to reach target.

Pros: We had a commission structure which made working hard a good pay off every month
Cons: The teams we were divided into create competition but it create tension as well and it affected peoples work performance.
