A contract company it's good company related for owner of company but for employer is huge, what we work so hard even over time but their paid us less price ,as I am the who is doing the production at the company but still I get a less paid.

Pros: It's a good company
Cons: More work but Les money paid

Excellent learning curve.

At Gumbu Holdings our mission was always to stay ahead of Gantt chart and everyone will as usual perform his or her duty with commitment. We had a good working relationship in terms of team. I have learned that anything is possible, if everyone is committed a set goal. I enjoyed seeing us beating the chart by the time when materials and staff were well organised. The most difficult part of our project was when we have to work everyday non stop for a month to keep our job safe. It was challenging as no one was quite sure weather we will do it or not.
