Work is a place we spend most of our time, we have become like a family. We learn from each other and have grown better as individuals. I have learned that the most important part of any work place is to ensure that: no.1 you finish what you start no.2 the client is always right no.3 you need to cooperate no.4 you have to be true to yourself. The most challenging part of my job is employee relations. Some people can just be so stubborn. We have to respect on e another regardless of the position that is held.

The daily operations and functions

Day to Day operations are fast paced. Their is good a culture of team work and co operation. I have learnt good customer / relations and work ethic. I enjoy working with people. Trying to accommodate every prospective employee in finding them a placement.

Pros: Working with diverse employee's and client's
Cons: No opportuninity for promotion

Excellent learning curve but want more

I ALWAYS GO THE EXTRA MILE I DON'T MIND COMING IN EARLY AND LEAVING LATER OR WORK WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND NOT GET PAID FOR IT MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO WORKERS IS ALRIGHT I GET ALONG WITH EVERYONE I ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE AND THAT DRIVES ME AND I LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY MANAGER CAN BE A BIT OF A PAIN BUT I GUESS ITS PART OF HER DUTY BUT THERE IS A LOT OF BACK BITING AND IT CAN MAKE THE WORK ENVIROMENT A BIT UNPLEASANT

Strong Admin Skills

I am a conscientious and hardworking administrator with extensive experience of administration. I have a flexible and helpful attitude towards work and able to work individually and also in a team. I consider myself an asset to any company that would employ me because I am always in a frame of mind to grow and learn new skills.

Good learning curve

Working for this company has beneficial for me in terms of experience, I have a very good relationship with my colleagues and other service providers on site, I have leant a lot on how to keep clients happy and how to deal with problems. My job requires a great deal of focus and dedication since I am capturing employees weekly hours that they have worked and having to make sure that everyone gets what they worked for. Keeping everyone happy is very challenging, but I enjoy it because I get pleasure in knowing that I was able to give clear understanding of why some of the things had/have to be done in a particular way.

Pros: There is a chance that one can become a Woolworths permanent employee
Cons: Working long hours and getting little time to rest and not getting bonuses, and not having porivident fund deducted from the wages
