Great learning experience

Everyday is like a new working experience, there is always challenges but in good way as they always keep one in their toes My relationship with staff is good but strictly professional but it's not always good as some employees do no like to take responsibilities of their actions I have learnt a lot in the Company, how one can be firm without being out of line with staff ,to recognise one's mistake and to rectify those, that being inquisitive can be good in certain aspects but also can destroy one's career , that ego and pride can do more harm than good and that honest is the best policy I enjoy the challenges it comes with on a daily basis and that I get the freedom(not to much freedom though I still have run everything through my superior but the fact that they open to suggestions and new thing is enough) to implement and create new things

Cons: There is no growth for someone in my position

- Doing Data Capture, Processing Invoices - Doing GRV`S (Goods Received Voucher) - Capturing stock takes - Switchboard Operator & Processing Promotions - Doing Filling, Faxing, & Printing Labels - Work in Ms Word, Excel, Emails & Internet - Maintaining Orders, Printing Reports - Monitoring & reacting to daily, weekly reports - Compiling of monthly reports - Giving manager feedback on a weekly basis - Maintaining Price Changes - Inserting new products in the system & check if it scans

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: normal hours
