I have learnt things I otherwise would not have in the role of a facilitator

A typical work day: Preparing for facilitating including ordering training material, organisation of training venue, preparing to facilitate and making traveling arrangements. My relationship with co-workers: Being professional at all times and maintaining a friendly atmosphere What I have learnt: Project management of training projects from start to finish. Understanding the training cycle Working with learners with disabilities What I enjoy most: Meetings new people Teaching and learning from the same group of people Traveling

Pros: I was trusted with more responsibilities for the position I was hired for
Cons: Use of personal vehicle for extensive company travelling

It's good

It's good but stressing at the same time.dealing with disabled people is a big challenge which requires patience.you also learn New things from them.I never understood some of the things about them but as soon as I spent time with them I enjoyed every moment.the problem is when your hard work is both recognised.people will only look for negative things not the positive things.

Brilliant Learning Curve

Communicate with internal and external clients on daily basis. Have an opportunity to learner and a chance to travel around South Africa. Enjoy working in and outside the office. Having to solve other peoples mistakes at a short period of time. Am working for Monday to friday 08:00 to 16:30. Enjoy being around co-workers. Relationship with co-workers is very brilliant.
