Great opportunity for leadership skills

The job was very challenging and productive The day started mostly with stockcounts .During the day the focus would be on customer service as the company put much emphasis on interacting with the customers. This has improved my communication skills a lot and enabled me to effectively lead my team. The mall I was working in was being revamped and this introduced a low turnover challenge. So I was dealing with motivating staff, making sure pushing sales was the main focus and daily admin duties. It was a great opportunity to learn.

Cons: One weekend off per month

Excellent incentives

-dealing with customers on a daily basis and making sure that they are always happy about the customer service that's been given to the store -Also love learning new things and merchandising of the overall image of the store -Being a good team player to my co-workers
