I am a very good learner

I am quick to learn new things and i am a hard worker. I communicate freely with people and i am able to keep client relation. The company i have been working for has helped me grow and gained more understanding of how to keep cliens and communicate well with cloents and the teams in our work space.

Pros: Growth and more opportunities to learn new things
Cons: Working on weekends and even traveling out of the province

Learning new things everyday and solving different IT related problems

my personal views in this company, i have learnt a lot when it comes to cctv and dealing with clients everyday is been a joyful experience as i deal with different kind of clients whether telephonically or in person, we are not a big company but i have noticed that im easy to work with and very patient when it comes to pressure at work and difficult clients i resolve them well. the most challenging part about this job is that we deal with different tasks everyday but i end up learning new different problem that i have to resolve as a technician.

Pros: the pros of working in this company is that the is not much of pressure from clients and the admin
Cons: the cons about the company are sometimes working hours which can be abnormal sometimes but its manageable
