I learnt a lot from this company, I know how to organise and plan things for the company.

I learnt more from my daily duties, I enjoyed working with different people, I learnt how to build a good relationship between workers and the manager. I am good in planning and organizing things for the company.

Pros: The company took me from nothing to something, I started the company not knowing anything but today I know a lot.
Cons: I worked very hard for this compnay, we worked extra hours without looking for overtime payment just for grooming the company to be where it is today.

I am an inteligent person, willing to learn more things

I've learnt more in the company, how to deal with different people, work as a team, How to build relationship with employees and the employer. I've learnt how to prioritize, multitask and co-operating in many things in the company

Pros: I worked very hard for get promotion
Cons: I worked more hours for the benefit of the company without expecting overtime payment
