Being part of the program has enhanced my interpersonal skills, now I can easily adapt to changes and connect to people of different races. I have learnt communication skills which are not covered at the university. Office Orientation Workshop has taught me what to expect in the workplace and how to improve my working environment positively I enjoy being at the program as every course we cover teach new ways and the fact that we are offered skills that are necessary for me to be competent with any work. The most challenging part about this program is that every course that we complete we get to do practicals after doing that we are then passed fairly

Professionalism, good ethics and morale.
It has been a great experience to work at GT. I've learnt a lot. I've participated on our in house trainings to develop my skills. Working with the trainees has been the greatest experience. My calling is at training staff to be competent for the work place.

Fear failure no more!
This is a place to be. Having a good relationship with colleagues superiors .This means when I'm not sure I ask, treat everyone with respect and do my job with passion. This has been one of my wonderful journeys. I learnt a lot from my colleagues and superiors. This was through communication, working as groups, motivating and helping each other. I have learnt a lot here, from how I should conduct myself in the work place, as well as facing challenges and life, not forgetting treating people with love and respect. What I enjoy most is having a good relationship with my co-workers and doing my work with passion. Challenging aspects would be meeting deadlines, doing financial records accurately and putting extra hours when need.

At the office
My life working at this company is so priceless,I have learnt a lot from my employees and my manager.Being ethical and professional is the tool that my manager he always encourages to his employees.I have a good leadership and that has encouraged me to work hard everyday and learn more.I always love when we working as a team and we and up submit to our seniors in time.The hardest time is when we all busy working with a lot of accounts and that put us under pressure because we need to finish and with an accurate job.

I am a person with versatile skill set
What I like the most is the way bank employees conduct themselves, their honesty & integrity,what fascinate me the most is the professional environment. I have learn a lot of informative knowledge about the banking industry. one of the prominent procedure that aroused my attention is how they carefully follow the granting process of lending analysis, how important it is to be sequential when granting this process and conditions & covenant in the event of default.The challenge is that the world is changing yearly technology wise that's why we need to keep on learning new things in order for us to be able to change customers expectations desires into qualified leads.
Pros: Being able to transfer/ deposit money without taking time, knowing that your money is safely secured and being able to use asset based financing. The list is endless.

Work readiness program
The SAICA Learnership is amazing you get to do so many things and they get you work ready.They equip you with skills such as bookkeeping,payroll and computer skills.Having been part of the SAICA work readiness program, I can only say great things so far. Everyone has been so welcoming and it's truly a fun, laid back work environment where everyone seems genuinely happy to be coming to work everyday. The atmosphere is extremely open and collaborative with open workspaces and offices. The food is ridiculous, people are happy and the office is situated in probably the most gorgeous area of woodlands office park woodmead. So far, nothing not to love!Guarantee Trust is a great company for someone looking for his or her first job.

I"ve excelled on my communication skills and my Accounting basics and knowledge
I had a very good relationship with my co workers because I'm a person that easily get used to other people. I've learnt a lot of information but I'll like to share the one that I personally found interesting to me, that if you don't know something ask rather than doing something that you don't know because by so doing you'll end up ruining a lot of things and I've learnt about a golden rule of not harming other people.
Pros: I was recommended by the improvement that I made through my job
Cons: when I was behind with my work I had to work long hours in order to meet the target for that day
