Excellent company to work for, but being in this position for more than 10 years there is no room for further growth, i feel like I've become stagnant in my current position as Internal Sales Manager and feel its time to apply my skills elsewhere. I've learnt the value of team work and also the importance of having a good working relationship with all my colleagues on various levels from factory staff to management. The most challenging aspect would be the fact that being in a manufacturing environment certain things are out of my control ( machine breakdowns / or supplier issues ) when trying to satisfy a customers request and i'm not able to deliver otif.

Pros: a great opportunity to learn if your career is in a manufacturing environment
Cons: no real room for growth.

Excellent learning curve

As the cost of living rises, the company I'm currently working for cannot meet my salary requirements.. It's time to move on. Management is tough especially with the international status the have. Working for an Italian company, based in Italy theres always room for improvement.

Pros: Great place to learn
Cons: No opportunity for promotion
