Dedication was vital. Team work also count as we were working with different people with different languages. Sitting in the equity committee made me realize a lot when it comes to meet labour laws.

Strong unionised environement and very hands on

The work day was extremely busy everyday. Lovely people to work with. I had created a good working relationship with all employees. I enjoyed the close interactions with staff. To develop a relationship with my Plant Manager. I would consider going back if I had the opportunity to work with a stronger Head Manager.

Pros: Great experience and people interaction
Cons: Everyday one had to work extremely hard as it was a very busy environment.
