Wave of self discovery as a person and manager

A day at my work place involves interacting with over 15 people giving advice on HR and general Corporate Support Services.Consulting with internal and external stakeholders .Throughout our working day we have light hearted and exhilarating moments we work in a fast paced environment where we have to pull together as a team and getting the final product out one way or the other. dealing with hierarchy conscious managers who actually prolong decision making due to their status or position.

Pros: Learning environment
Cons: limited growth prospects
