We have our daily meeting at five am where we discuss our safety and plan how we minimize breakdown and planing maintenance schedule to make sure machine run smoothy. most of time we start going underground at seven Am unless i have breakdown will go at four Am . What like most is i don' only focus on trade as a boilermaker i also do fitting where is necessary. also learned to work as a team and there importance of be safety a while doing your duty and safety of others at work.communication within proctor cal is very important in there organization as it make our job more simple.when we have challenging task at work we learn not to give in but persevere as is key to a successful project.

Pros: 50 pecent chance
Cons: more than 45 hours a week

Learn a lot about hydraulics at the current campony

Most work is hydraulics and maintenance and very little electrical problems the machines. Inspect the machine everyday at the start of each shift. Have a good relationship with the machine operators. I have learned a lot of hydraulics and faultfinding on it. I like to be busy threw the hole shift and like to do a course on hydraulics. The most challenging aspect of my work is there no benefits at the company and there is a 90% change that the going to stop the machines

Cons: Long distance to work (125km to work). Pay own petrol

Excellent

As i mediate between the employer and the employee is i the best of me to get good relation ship with both parties. i will obey both are my customer i treat them with respect base on their rights.

Excelent learning curve

Tasks accomplishement before deadlines, learning to tolerate, 'respect of subordinates, management. I learned to be honesty, reliable,accountable,responsible. Understanding of my duties to perform and to go beyond just produce a 100% quality of job and to be a good team player
