Excellent learning field for graduates and good opportunities to work abroad.

The environment at my company is values driven, the management and team members demonstrate high respect, integrity, transparency and care for us as their employees as well as for their patients. The atmosphere is vibrant and open plan which enhances the company's principles of open door policy. Co-workers in the team work well with each other and challenges/disagreements are well managed and resolved. Co-workers also work well with team members in other departments and tend to do well in collaborating and working with each other. I have learnt to work across multiple markets on almost all the continents and being exposed to different ways of working and different cultures. I enjoy meeting people from the various countries and learning about their ways of working and successes. The most challenging aspect of the job is working around different time zones which generally gives less options to have all teams present for multiple discussions.

Cons: Too many meetings and activities where employees are expected to attend

Working under pressure to meet deadlines, Working with statistical data. Weekly and monthly reports. Working with people of different cultures around the world. Paying attention to details. Strict supervision

Great learning exposure

Flexible working hours Easy to get along with everyone and everyone is accessible as it's an open plan Got exposed to the practical side of finance, sales and marketing and the pharmaceutical industry I enjoy my what I do, the people I work with and the culture The most challenging aspect of the job is on the job training

Share the knowledge

Work for a wonderful company where i have grown alot start on the line and work my way up been a difficult journey but 5 years ago i got my break through. Iam currently a artwork and documentation technician with i love my job work in a system called Harmony where we co-ordinate the artwork create drawing and create mock-ups. I learn to work independent what i enjoy about my job is i learn everyday new things. The most challenging part is if my work are dependant on other people.

I work with speed and efficiency without compromising quality of my work.

Logical, analytical, linear, and data-oriented. Organized, sequential, planned, and detailed-oriented. Supportive, expressive, and emotionally oriented. Integrative, and ideation-oriented

Pros: Job security. In many cases, the higher you move up the corporate ladder, the more secure your job becomes.
Cons: long hours increases continuity and accountability, increases productivity, and reduces errors

Excellent learning curve, challenging and eye opening as well.

A typical work day includes processing of invoices and filing them. Maintaining the asset register and assisting with extraction of reports. Applying advanced excel techniques in making summaries and formulating reports. Working out variances such as material variances since this is a manufacturing company.
