Its a good place to learn

The workers are generally good people, always willing to help. The drawing office has a few qualified employees who are designing. There are always projects to work on and its always exciting to work on something new. I have learned a lot about trailers,materials and anything that involves designing of tankers.

Pros: There is a lot of room for growth
Cons: You work overtime without any compensation. Your workload forces you to work overtime. You don't get proper training but they expect miracles from employees.

GRW is a dynamic company with an excellent learning curve. It is a pleasant mix of corporate ambition and rural character. The company’s fundamentals are sound and it is sure to go from strength to strength.

Honest excellent harworking individual

I have sober habits, good at what i do doesn't what it is that i do,hardworking ,ability to operate under pressure ,i can multifunction in the certain position i'd be in.i can be operational depending on the job creteria.i'm very accurate and precise,good strong quick learner ,good team player ,very loyal, i have integrity i can be trusted to work on my own ,i can solve problems ,i'm computer literate (word ,excell) currently busy with my certificate in supply chain & logistics management,most of all i can do lots of things (jack of all trades) just do have the certain certificates to provide.

Pros: Loyal,integrity,sober,hardworking
Cons: I'm a chain smoker and likes coffee.

Excellent working and learning skills

Hardworking, love problem solving, energetic, all rules, thrives on dead lines and do what it takes to get the work done. Current in receiving supervisor post at supply chain department fot over a year, but previous over 11 years in finance department as senior creditor and overlooked recons, did payment list, payments, problem solving, imports, posting of payments, costing of jobs. If you need someone to take action to save your company money I am your person. I dig deep to solve a problem and get results.

Being thrown into the deep end is the theme at GRW. You learn on the job and you must learn fast.

I love working ar GRW because of the culture of the people. We learn from each other and we work well together. This was my first job and unfortunately, I am in a comfort zone and have to move on to greater things.
