I am busy studying Human resources with CA Academy.

I am currently employed by Growth Point at Waterfall Mall Rustenburg and my duties include answering telephone calls, customer care and enquiries, typing minutes of meetings, invoicing, selling and batch loading of gift cards, managing service providers such as air conditioning within the mall, receiving mail, interior communication and filling of documents. My personal qualities include being a goal orientated hard working individual. I am a reliable and trust worthy person. I am able to work without supervision and within a team environment. I am a confidant communicator.

Pros: Growth is what i am looking for.
Cons: No just normal working hours

Communication with tenants

am unemployed since end of May 2020. Working for Growthpoint was an excellent opportunity to learn different ways of handling tenants issues. facilities management is also dealt different compared to the para status company

Pros: growth, decision making, problem solving
Cons: waiting for the unforeseen circumstance that could be within the 24 hours. plumbing issues

EXELLENT PROPERTY KNOWLEDGE

I work closely with the Facility Manager and Building Manager making sure that the the buildings g are maintained within the specific budget. I do the take on and take back of buildings. Attend SLA meetings with the service providers and i am in charge of the Tenant installation projects.

Pros: Great exposure to day to day running of buildings
Cons: Difficult Contractors

Willing to learn new things everyday

A beautiful part of being a building manger/ facilities manager is everyday brings new challenges, it might be a plumbing issue and electrical matter tenant complain, air-con issue chiller issues and a typical admin for soft services

Pros: growth opportunity
Cons: lots of administration

Good company

- Check issues logged if they have been attended to - Make rounds of the center to identify any issue. - Create work schedules for the handymen - Check cameras if all are working fine

Pros: After some years you get shares to the company
Cons: Lake of culture.

Its a challenging experience with very high expectations.

High paced environment, high expectations, lots to learn. limited room for growth. great colleagues that you learn from personally and with work as well
