Growthpoint its a great company to work for and I have a very good working relationship with my co -workers. Typical day starts with checking available balances for cash management and prepare interest payments due for the day and a weekly cash forecast.

Loved the diversity of retail environment and dealing with tenants, contractors and customers daily.

I've been Operations Manager at GPT for 14 years and enjoyed the diversity and new challenges security and Operations posed on site. Before that I worked in the hospitality field as Maintenance Managerbanf enjoyed dealing with a range of customers from all over the world.

Exellent learning curve

My typical work day fist thing is to check settlement due on the day and prepare cash management sweeping funds in between our bank accounts. Get all the necessary approvals do journal posting on the daily basis. Make sure that all settlements has been settled on the due dates.
