Excellent industry to work for

Middle management lack eople skills lot of favouritism. Great clientele and working hour's.great corporate company. They lose excellent staff due to the lack of staff development and promotion or due to unfair promotion of employees Middle management is a real treat to thos great company. Senior management seems reluctant to get involved in the discipline of these rough managers. company perks are excellent but not enough to keep staff as they prefer an great working environment that treats staff fairly and recognise and reward good workers By promoting from within rather than employing ffriends and cousins in the workplace.

Cons: management people skills is poor
