Challenging job!

my time at Group 7 PropertiesI ??????????I have found Group 7 Properties to be a great company. The leadership is assertive and support the brokers in this challenging industry. The team worked in cohesion and we shared our opportunities, unlike in other agencies where each broker only works for themselves. This strategy has proved very successful. I also played a role of mentor to the younger brokers and adviser to the Directors.

Pros: Income potential directly related to input and effort.
Cons: No basic salary, long hours and time it takes to get paid.

Master in Commercial Real Estate

I have been in the property industry for 30 years. Starting out as Accountant and Internal Auditor for property investment fund. Then moved into Property and Asset Management. For 15 years involved in Shopping Centre development from sourcing the land through the entire process to opening and operating the shopping centre. Focus of past 10 years has been leasing of property. Since 2016 actively involved in commercial property broking with my current company. I can do it all!

Pros: New challenge and stable income
Cons: Have to relocate.
