Great leadership

I started in 2013 with Group five as an site administrator on project namely forest hill site, at a value of 2.4 billion, my responsibility was site HR administration, material ordering and receiving, dealing with invoices, capturing hourly paid hours, following up with suppliers, filling updating plant and material tracking register, preparing weekly and monthly labour cost , dealing with quotations. And I went on to do Nelson Mandela children's Hospital site as a junior buyer it's handle the same responsibility with added decision making in supplier selection process.

Better Opportunity

Nolufefe Cleo Nase worked for three Construction companies doing Site work as she has studied for the field. She`s been trained as a Student Engineer, Assistant Quality Assurance Rep ,Material Handler ,Building works,Supervisor and currently Safety/Quality Control. • She was employed by WBHO construction as a Junior Student Engineer from the 25July 2005 -01 March 2006, re-employed as an Assistant Quality Assurance Officer & Material Handler from the 07 August 2006 -12 January 2007 • She was also employed as Building Student/Site Clerk & Safety Rep at GRANBUILD Construction from the 30 July 2012 – 18 June 2013 • Employed by ISITHEMBISO as Junior Foremen 01 Sept 2013 – 13 Dec 2014, Assistant Supervisor 12 May 2014- 30 Aug 2014, Safety/Quality Control 01 Oct 2014, and Office Manager 01 June 2016 – 10 February 2017. • Employed by Group Five Coastal as a Safety Officer III from 12 March 2017 to Date

I worked in various departments as an Administrator

For almost 10 years working in Group Five i worked in various Business Units as an Administrator and I'm always welcomed with both hands they made me feel that I'm part of one big family. Everyday is filled with enthusiasm and excitement we worked as a team assist each other even outside work.

Good working relationship with colleagues.

good team player on th HR department I've been the go to person in HR when people need to talk. Being multi linguistic helped to understand most people. Being im a construction helped to understand all levels of people including young and old.. even in level of education. preparing my day and resolving issues with short period help ti minimize unhappiness and build trust to the team. i enjoy working with people a lot

Good exposure to site system s

Had opportunity to plan, lead , organize and control. Hand's on supervisor who wants to see things happen. Good in training team members and fast leaner with innovative ideas.Dedicated employee and smart worker.

Iam unemployed at the moment

i have always been a hard worker always willing to learn , and a go getter as a artisan i find the field of mechanical fitting a very very good challenge for me and the fact that no two days are ever the same fault finding and solving problems is what i enjoy the most while working with my hands
