Working at grodirect was nice because I got opportunity to learn more about the field .I learned more about managing my own business and have self motivated. I enjoyed much because I was able to control my Time management and lead my team which makes me grow in teamwork environment.

Pros: Teamwork environment . And taking control of my team.
Cons: Was more than 10 hours

I'm doing direct sales, we go door to door and sell insurance.

'm doing direct sales, we go door to door and sell insurance. It's very difficult to deal with unemployed clients because they are already stressed about so many things so they don't need another load of work.

Pros: Incentives for hard workers
Cons: Working hours from 8am until 5pm

Good learning curve

A typical work day-Answering telephone Photocopying, Scanning, emailing, typing and printing. Filling of contracts, sales, bells and policy tracker. Validation of sales. Capturing of bells and policy tracker. Ordering stock. Conducting interviews. Dealing with customers. My relationship with co-workers is good I learnt to be able to communicate with people, working under pressure I enjoy doing my job and produce good results The most challenging aspects is recruiting
