During my time as manager I took the two grit mills from 11t/h to 14t/h successfully and the break line from a 3t/h to a 6t/h plant I also picked the tons up of the intake from an 18t/h to a 28t/h plant By implementing basic milling principles’ the mills production is 3 months a head I also milled successfully “Fine flaking, Willard’s A&B-Grits”

Pros: Did not work shifts
Cons: Was on standby 24/7

Hard working and motivated person

its very enjoyable, and my relationship with staff, managers and other stake holder is great. and since my arrival here I learn lot of things like being able to motivate, lead the employees, and to become one of the best employees interms of good behaviour. and I enjoy being part of the team that always work to achieve its objective.

Pros: i was promoted for being load master
Cons: im willing to work over time at any cost

Motivation Statement : I have a strong personality that is able to withstand pressure to the working environment .I also boast of excellent and tolerating attitude towards collegues and subordinates. This summary makes me the best employee as I am able to apply the emotional intelligence and well-polished people skills .My typical day includes coordination between clients, sub-contractors, service providers as well as subordinates collectively to achieve the perfect customer satisfaction . I constantly remind myself to ask for help when in need and thus promoting teamwork amongst my team members. My joy is achieved when the daily planned tasks are completed smoothly as this displays how we compliment each other as people to achieve set targets.
