Started as casual in this company

I was a casual checker in our warehouse ,I worked for 2months,then warehouse manager offered me a job as a permanent old stock returns checker,then after 1 month they promoted me to be a permanent checker,I have learned a lot in my work industry,then I was also a picker but I was not instructed to do so I did it myself,then he promoted me to be quality controller I was also helping in receiving until april this year,now I'm working as a returns checker and entering the returns items to the system.I'm happy ,I'm a team player,I'm working with my colleagues with love and passionate,I can even work under pressure,I enjoy working as quality controller because it has given me the knowledge of differentiating between quality and fake when it comes to clothes.january is a typical working months because we working more than our normal hours,the challenges we face is receiving station were we work under pressure to make sure that the stock must be entered in a symbol correctly.

Pros: I've learned a lot in each and every department of our warehouse

Can be fun but the politics get you down

i enjoy the challenges of my job ( I m in QC) but the routine is getting to mne. Also, the communication is sparse. Decisions get made in meetings and changed afterwards, yet nothing is comunicated. We are an online company and our stock should be standard, yet things keep on changing. There will be a person coming to help us in January but after more than 3 years, i have had enough

Pros: the company is good in terms of monetary rewards.
Cons: Politics. bad communication. constant change
