A typical work day - is fast paced, occasionally deviating from norm, planned and organised to accommodate challenges which require short turn around actions. Daily duties dealt with finance dept, sales + operations, workshop + manufacture, logistics stores + comprehensive stock control. Your relationship with co-workers - Previous subordinate staff members will eagerly leave current positions to work with me again in new environment. What you have learnt - Privileged to be exposed and gained extensive experience in a wide variety of technical applications and functions Successfully dealt with various PR and HR issues and staffing crisis’s , company cash flow issues and to work under pressure with restricted and limiting factors. What you enjoy most - The success of achieving the presumed impossible task irrespective of logistically operating globally The most challenging aspects of the job - Anticipating the operational alternatives and being operationally ready within limited framework.

Cons: We operated in a very volatile market which lead to the demise of the company when payment (income) was delayed for longer than 14 months.

Fast paced environment with the need to support project managers who are subjected to poor planning and unforeseen circumstance. Delivery points both local and international, with high levels of diplomacy and strategic planning required. Staff are dedicated to meet deadlines with proactive planning and interaction between myself and subordinates. We were a very close knitted team. The ever changing and challenging environment was career inspiring and motivating. Being able to meet the requirements of sites request is gratifying.
