Nothing new i ever exprience in this industry

I get along with my colleagues, they nice and understanding people. the work is the same does not change but only thing that changed is the way the run the company compared to the ones that I have worked before. right now there is no challenges and nothing new to learn and the most enjoyable thing is to interact with people daily at work.

Pros: no room promotion
Cons: long working hours

Good company poor management support

The company was good to work for the only problem was minimum support from management. Managed an academic institution and was brought in at a stage where the damage to the security profile was already done.

Pros: Got to meet a great bunch of people at Pearson institute for higher learning.
Cons: Limited help from HQ.
