Work experience

I start work at 07:30, i receive people's grievances and help the tender department with all the human resource information. i work along with all the department and i get along with people but in my department there's only two people. i learnt dealing with a lot of different people, time management and how to use HRIS system sap. Most challenging part is doing disciplinary hearing because i'm a kind person.

Huge growth potential

Working for the company is good, because you are given the opportunity to work independently. I've learnt a lot especially when it comes to people management and what it takes to make the employees feel invested in the company they work for and push them to perform at their best. I believe one of the most challenging part of the job is dealing with people's grievance because you find sometimes no matter how much you want to help you will reach a barrier . one of the most challenges that the company faces in my opinion is communication and with that misunderstanding and mistakes occur that may be unfixable or end up cost company money.
