Construction is in crisis

it is a very stressful environment to work in, colleagues internally are very great and enthusiastic, but in overall you the work is repeatedly the same, I learnt a lot of site work, I enjoy numbers and recons, the most challenging aspect of my job is to get the approval from the site.

Pros: at the moment, i only see the downside of things, the company is not doing very well
Cons: repeatedly retrenching

Excellent learning journey

being with the company for 8 years and climbing the corporate ladder learned me a lot about the business and how to deal with conflict. Made me a performer in all aspects off the business.

Pros: Excellent oppertunaty for further carreer enhansing
