Basically is nice working on site without tight supervision, as employees on site we get along looking on one objective, but we disagree with each other sometimes. I have learnt patience, and increase in emotional intelligence. I enjoy freedom of working without tight supervision and complex drawings. Managing subcontractors is bit difficult, but we deal with it accordingly.

Good opportunity for new graaduate

Work is challenging due to misunderstandings, experience vs education in construction. relationship with co-workers goes with class, groups of bosses and minors. i learnt to look at my goals regardless of what other people think about me, i enjoyed working with my team, group of educated young people. Challenging is when you doing something you know and you superiors tell you something different. when two superiors tells you two different things to do.

Pros: flexible working environment
Cons: too much overtimes
