I have to say as an employee of greystone i have learned the easy and hard ways, but working together as a team is the most important asspect. Everyday there are new things to be learned and challanges to take over with at sometimes makes the job intresting. Also working with my collegues made work easier cause of the support and team work we put in together and that makes them wonderful people to work with. The most thing that i have learned is to have patience and learn how to communicate and be able to resolve issues in a mannerd and professional way. Well it was more work than play, but there were mst fun times. The most challanging aspecs were dealing with upset and difficult client a day to day bases, but that was not a trai smash cause of the skills and training helped me deal an be able to assist clients.

Greystone Technologies is an IT/ Software company based in Midrand Operating hours Monday - Saturday 8am- 10pm Sunday 8am- 6pm We are a small dynamic team of 8 employees in the call centre support department As a team we separate our duties among ourselves every morning which includes : 1. Responding to mails 2. Processing SBSA payments and updating high care calls on the spreadsheet 3. Updating technicians *2 from cell phone to the computer system called NODE 4. Monitoring the safe and Modem offline 5. Everyone is logged in calls and follow up on their TODO's My relationship with my co-workers is amazing we more of a family , we advise and assist each-other we take 1 hour break My favorite duty is customer service trouble-shooting with clients over the phone and resolve error code At 4pm we wait for the person whom will be doing night shift until 10pm I have been working at Greystone for 3 years now and everything is running smoothly, I can highly say am an expert in what I do
