currently working under nursetec nursing agency in different net care hospitals ICU department,working 12 hours per shift,able to establish team work with co-workers. what i have learnt with ICU is that critical thinking skills is vital and communication among staff members is vital so as to render quality care to the patients as healthcare practitioners.moreover the team building skills because caring for the patient including multi disciplinary team e.g doctor, nurse and physiotherapy etc. what i enjoy the most is render quality care and see the patient's condition improving,nonetheless the challenging part is to nurse patient with low Glasgow scale and confused.

Excellent communication skills

i got to learn to multitask reception work helps you to gain more confidence in your being friendly with the management helps you to learn from them maintain attitude stay positive challenges is to deal with negative clients or peoplr in your workinv enviroment whay i have learnt is that with reception job you need to stay positive and have confidence

Excellent learning experience

Greys hospital is the most big public hospital in pietermaritzburg that patients are referred by other hospital, I ENJOY each and every moment when am at work, Co workers are motherly and fatherly since they older then we are as we are interns. We learn so much n gain a lot with advice they give and we get through the work and the training. The most challenging aspect of the job is patience and communications with patients, that they are the first priorities and we last.

Pros: Working at greys hospital is a wonderful experience because u gain more experience with different departments that they have in the hospital.
Cons: From 7 in the morning to 3 o'clock in the afternoon, between two breaks

Excellent learning curve

Greys Hospital is a geat place for someone to gain experience. They offer a wide rqge of different jobs to different kind of faculties. The staff is very nice and you are able to work with them and they make it easy for you tto work with them. They are very welcoming and they are very understanding. As long as you do your work they won't bother you. They love a hard and dedicated person, someone who is not afraid to speak up when they are not treated well and they have an open door policy. It is very nice working with them. But the chance of being employed there are very slim because it is the goverments department and since 2016 there are no posts that are being advertised.

Excellent learning

Good company. Complex very professional and life saving hospital. Tertiary hospital under government but with good facilities to save lives. Employees are welcoming and friendly all the time. Really is a good place to be.
