Excellent learning curve

It was great learning opportunity since my first job, learning lean tools, machine operation welder, seamer and spraybooth machines, also project management, fire fighter, incidents investigation.

Pros: Great learning field, maintainance nib, operating machines, first line maintenance, train new students.
Cons: Lot of overtime, startup team, incidents investigation team, fire fighter team

Excellent learning curve

I work at Greif SA as line operator and also a press operator. During shut down I sometimes work as a Millwright and on some of the weekends when requested by a maintenance manager.

Pros: learning electro pneumatic operations
Cons: long hours of work, sometimes from 6:00 to 20:00
