It is a friendly environment surrounded with warm people.

I would say it is normally busy daily as one needs to prepare for each day which is done weekly. It is a friendly environment and we offer support to each other as staff and management. I love working with different types of people be it its my colleague's or my learners we are a very close knit family and we constantly build on relationships through teaching and learning and working together as a team so that we can be able to deal with challenges. Challenges experienced are sometimes dealing with learners that use substance abuse and having facilities for sports for our learners. But above all ever day is a new day with new experiences which have solutions for them.

Pros: Not really and no benefits
Cons: Work load is a bit stressful in terms of classes as am teaching 9 classes.

I enjoy teaching foundation phase most.I have vast experience in teaching grades 1 and 2,it is now on my finger tips.I am a mature hardworking educator,a focused educator who is after results and produce results.I am a team player,contributing most in all given assignments.The most challenge is when a new learner enrols in the middle of the term/year,from a village school where they learnt in vernacular only,and I have to start over from scratch.

Pros: It is a healthy working environment, treating one another as professionals.
Cons: Some parents do not cooperate when I give assignments, homeworks and projects to be done at home.
