They have lot of inhouse training to up skill the current employees.

Dear sir /madam My previous company have shared lot of experience with me. In terms of team work, leadership skills time management. Sometimes it get busy and I have learned to cope in any situations.

Pros: I have been promoted three times in a row. so this company has lot of opportunities depending on how you perform.
Cons: I prefer to take my lunch time if work is not done ,so i won't have issues meeting deadlines. I can work long hours.

I have been working 8 hours per day.Monday to Friday I have learnt how to engage customers.

I have worked as a team leader and a job developer .l am a hard worker peoples person team player. I am looking for a good company that I can grow with.

Pros: Gaining work experience, mentorship of people with disability. To save environment as it was a recycling company. Turning waste into jobs.
Cons: To change people's life and open opportunities for those who did not get work experience. Give them education in order to up skill them for better work opportunity.
