Always learning and growing.

The work I currently doing gives me satisfaction but can also drive me up the wall at times. I will start my day with checking the absenteeism and also collecting certificates or any other proof of absence. I get along well with all the staff as I am the person who assist with queries. I have grown and learned so much and gained so much experience. It can get overwhelming at times as people can be very demanding and also aggressive at times. My biggest lesson learned is patients.

Pros: Being able to assist in the HR department and gaining experience in that field.
Cons: There is not much opportunity for growth internally.

I see myself as hard working, productive in anything I put my mind to, highly organized and motivated. I am always eager to learn new things hence the fact that I am a fast learner, I adapt easily to a new environments, people and I strongly believe that success comes with hard work.

A place where I have learned a lot by communicating with the right people

The part of my job I enjoy most is that I get to help people. The down side is that I have to listen to complaints and deal with attitudes and people stressing with me regarding wage queries. The people working in more senior positions do not always have your back and also do not always give credit where is it due which can be very de motivating at times . My days are busy and always full of challenges.

Pros: I have learned a lot in the time I have worked here.
Cons: Promotions and opportunity for growth does not happen easily.

Excellent opportunity to improve operations

As the business was previously a family owned concern it offered great opportunities to improve both the manufacturing and supply chain operations. With the business embracing these improvements it enjoyed huge benefits, not only financially but also employee morale and customer satisfaction.

Working with people everyday has been very educating and also enlightning.

I have been working hand in hand with the HR department for a while and I have enjoyed learning new things and being able to help people in the factory. It can be very challenging as I am younger than most of them and I am often yelled or scold at but I take all in my stride. I have learned to have patients and not react to attitude and rude comments.

Pros: I have learned a lot in the time I have been here
Cons: No motivation for growth internally
