Empower ing standards you come with nothing you go with somthing

To work there is so challenging everday you need to learn to take decision as we work indepently.it wa so amazing to work with new stuff and have a task of give them orientation on our daily job.to work as a team leader at ddespatch is the part I enjoy because it test my experience and the level of my knowledge .the challenging part is customer services if they have queries or received wrong spares or it damage we need to deal with all that and same time at receiving u suppose to work and count the stock and change locations of parts .it a busy duties by I was enjoy that because at the end of the day they come and thank me by empower them as they were younger than me our relation ship was so good.so at this company I learn lot of things as before I was nt good in computer literate by I learn all that. And learn to work independently and take decisions without any supervision
