Peronal development growth, good learning experience and self discovery

I work five days in a week from 8 to 3 i work in schools we educated/ motives learners from grade 5 to grade 12 we educated them about HIV and Adolescent and help them to make healthy decisions about their future so basically I do life skills and life orientation in schools but we go to different schools and for a short period maybe for 3 weeks cause we have 7 practices in one curriculum and when we done we move to other school i enjoy my job because I am able to change young minds and help them to have a better future i can make a huge different in my community with the experience that I have I can overcome any Challenge in a work place I have gain leadership skills, communication skill networking ,partnerships development skill and my working experience have equipped me with a well-rounded skill set and knowledge base The work load is too much sometimes but I can overcome I work in a environment where team work in the key to achieve our working place goals

I am a hard working individual, dedicated and determined

Helping people is a passion of mine and I do it with ease I believe that sport is the key to empower a nation that has hope to grow and excel. Since I have a credited certificate in facilitation, I am intending to be sport facilitator, deliver programme about how to overcome challenges that the youth face in the community through using the power of sport, and introduce more sports that are not accessible around the community.

Growing state

It was nice working at grassroot soccer, they have grown me a lot. They really developed my mind. They made me a person who cares much about youth and the community, working with grassroot soccer have tought me to believe in youth and women impowerment.

Pros: Great learning curve and more opportunities to develop your self
Cons: Small salary and no bonus

Excellent learning curve

I'm lady of 31 yes old having national N diploma in HRM with experience in admin & support and in addition I worked as a facilitator for Grass Root Soccer SA and HR skills audit facilitator at City of Cape Town. I have basic in leadership,customer care and introduction in SCM,by undergone to these trainings I learn communication, presentation skills. In years to come I see my self as an HR Manager.And my objective is to a public servant who willing to serve without bias & judgement against our citizens.
