Ability to work under pressure ,
I have experience in office administration/ junior secretary, manning the reception area, procurement and have extensive short-term insurance in the claims portfolio experience. My experience in the short-term insurance field started in 2010 where I fulfilled the roles such as, claims registration, outbound Call Centre in windscreen claims as well as Admin coordinator. I consider myself a computer literate young woman with good sound interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills; approachable, pay attention to detail and action oriented. I am a self-starter, proactive, fast learner and very keen to learn new things. I find working under pressure stimulating, however, I believe in planning and proper management of my time to reduce panic deadlines within my areas of responsibility. I am ambitious, have determination and real power to succeed in any venture I undertake.

Excellent learning curve
The compliance administrator oversees and manages the corporate compliance program, that reviews and evaluates compliance issues within the organization. The compliance administrator develops and periodically reviews the standards of conduct to ensure continuing relevance in providing proper information to the company management and employees.

Favourable working environment
Im a very friendly person therefore I enjoy being at work because I get to meet my colleaques since we have a very strong and solid relationship. In this company I have learnt that teamwork, innovation and communication plays a very important and crucial role for the day to day operation of the company. I enjoy working with my superiors and sharing ideas with them in meetings. My job needs somebody whom can pay attention to details at all times and that is not easy but you have to keep up with the pace as it is important to keep records of different cases.

Developing practically and academically
I am working in an environment in which i receive a huge amount of cash from customer to gether with doing admin and filling works. In the absent of my team leader i apply integrity in my work place to make sure that our company's work flow becames as usual. Our customers goose through three steps before they receive product purchase, hence our team work is highly strong in which i am able to know and understand what the customer want from the sales consultant and the dispatch team also understand the product code purchased. And most challenging part my job is when the drop in cash machine ddnt count cash properly which will show as if my cash is short, though i have to wait for cash collectors to open the machine so i could do recount manually. I enjoy giving our customers satisfaction which makes me to be proud of my job.

Great experience
As the main HR person for the Branch, I'm the main go-to person. I'm the first point of contact/support to all the supervisors as well as managers. I have an open door policy for all the guys on the floor to approach me regarding an issues experienced in the warehouse, queries, etc. I enjoy mainly recruitment and interaction with all the stakeholders. As a sole custodian in this role, I have to manage my role from start to end, so I'm fully involved from Admin, coordinating and managing my desk pertaining all HR issues.
Pros: Great for exposure having moved from a Recruitment role to a fully functional HR Generalist
Cons: No training offered for one to up-skill themselves in their respective role

Excellent working
Grandmark its motor industry where we supply many customers with motor parts we pick and park the staff where we consider time management because we have many cumstomers we also supply across the country

Excellent Work Environment
Grandmark is an international company, distributing automation vehicle parts to customers nationwide. Great environment for teamwork and growth. Overtime work included. We deal with walk - in customers as well. Always have team building days and given opportunities to give input and feedback into the working environment. Grandmark staff is a family away from home and is a fast paced working environment.
Pros: Opportunities for working your way up and growing within the company.
Cons: Overtime hours can be long. Very politically driven.

Excellent learning curve
I have been working there for 4years and 8 months. The first two years in Grandmark was fantastic, we have a great cultural heritage but as the company grew, management lost a sense of focusing on their permanent employees in regards to annual salary reviews. That is rather discouraging because we work hard but get no recognition.

Great learning opportunity
Working environment very friendly and sociable, although there is alot of pressure and deadlines to be met. I have gained a lot of experience and groth within the company and I enjoy the debtor's function the mist.
