Excellent learning curve

I have good communication skills. Well disciplined. Hard worker, always complete given tasks on required time even under pressure I calmly manage. I don't just manage but I also lead by showing good example of what is needed. Always happy to be part of solution.

Excellent learning curve

In the morning I check if equipment is ready to use for the days and if we have enough stock , if not i then organise. I then issue stock to the sections where they prepare it for customer and do follow up on cooking procedures to ensure quality. Challenging part is when I have to handle customer complaints because sometimes you get difficult customers but I enjoy because I learn how to handle them and make them happy

Pros: Learning to cope and still make good decision even under pressure
Cons: Working long hours only 1 day off a week
