I am fast learner when given opportunity to learn I do all my best to achieve goals

Working at grainfield chicken it's a previllage because I gain more experience as we deal with more challenging breakdown s, doing start-up for production people, and we build a strong team work, even when sometimes we have difficulty in the team, what I like and enjoy mostly whether young or old we respect one another, regardless of our age. In electrical field I always learn can't stop learning because electrical equipment now and then are being modified, I learn a lot about acdc components, safety relay, e-stop and variable speed control equipment, doing lock-out procedure. Most challenging at grainfield chicken abbottoir is the control circuit because it's using PLC, especially at receiving, evisceration, KFC department, when the is breakdown you need to thing a lot

Pros: When opportunity arises yes of you work hard yes promotion you get it
Cons: Chicken industry we work long hours

Exellent learning curve

Very challenging and i get to meet new challenges almost everyday Good team working enviroment Fast moving consumable goods Long working hours Limited oppotunities for skill growth Very cold enviroment with limited safety resources I work alone and get to take lunch after 8 hours and have to beg production guys to put an eye on the machine for me when i need to use the toilet I have to beg and nag for weeks in order to get freezer suite I am a very tolerant person with humongous sense of humour and a great team player whose always up for a challenge There is a bad communication strategy used by managers to communicate with the employees and mostly undermumines workers rights Trying to prove your worth is offending Short sighted supervision and lack of leadership skills
