Its a high pace demanding job that requires you to be on the ball 24/7, as you are dealing with 15 to 20 cars on a daily basis that all require you to see that the work is carried out correctly

Processing Production in and out of heat treatment Furnaces. Placing Thermocouples for temperature readings. Visually inspect 100% quality of the material(electrode) and calculate resistance, mass load, average diameter and density of material according to standard.Identify material correctly according to press series.Making sure that material consistently meet requirement to the next stage.Generate Works Order if necessary.Playing part on Lean Manufacturing.Loading Payroll Hours on SACO system,Booking daily production on JDE ONE WORLD,Calculate Man Hours/Metric ton worked in the department and updating the charts.Monitoring health and safety conditions in a workplace,doing monthly inspection and job observations.
