Making a difference in people's life. I've learnt to empower more, delegate. That you need to treat all people differently. Learn to understand people., listern and understand first. Get team to interact and come up with suggestions. To share the good stuff with the team, motivate. Give praise where its deserved. The best thing is to work out at the end of the day knowing that you make a difference in people's lifes and people love working with you and the relationship build between you. The most challenging aspects is the tight deadlines at times. Now and then just feel ;like there's not enough time in the day to do everything

No benefits and zero growth

I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. My personality and attitude towards people are on the same level, every day and all day. You as an individual determines how you spend your day.

Administrative Assistant to Branch Manager

I am a hard working, loyal, dependable, trustworthy and honest worker. I am known as a people's person. I live working with people from diverse backgrounds and culture. I'm helpful and will be an assistant to all staff be it the janitor or the CEO. I have built myself quite a reputation amongst my peers. I have won awards for my personality. I enjoy meeting new people and love hard work.

Excellent lerning experiences and getting to engage with suppliers.

It is a great company to work for as I am still employed with them for 11 years. I am responsible for stock of media (vinyls) chemicals as well as record keeping. I have an awesome relationship with all my peers and most of the time they come to me to confide and seek advice in work related as well as personal related challenges. I always enjoy challenges, learning new things and very eager to fulfill any task given to me. I am a hard and smart worker and one of my best traits is that I am a fast learner.

Pros: Great customer experience, stock price negotiations
Cons: There is no growth at the company and also no benefits such as pension fund etc
