I wouldn’t change anything. Good communication skills

in Graceland ive leant many things especially in food and beverage industry customer service am able to give excellent service to guest able to smile even though am hurt I work very hard in every minute I respect every body in every race I like talking to people socializing able to avoid conflict am able to work shifts in this company I worked for a year

good at embracing diversity and working with people.Have common sense and good communication skills.Enjoy trying new things and solving problems.I learnt that the guest have diverse and varied needs and one must keep up to date with changes in the industry.

Good at building relationships

A work day includes filling of gaming machine files. Coworkers work well with me and provide guidance. I have learnt that precision is a must . I enjoy interacting with different customers.

Academic excellence and willingness to learn

I am good at embracing diversity. mingle well with a team. learnt patience is virtue and some managerial skills at level four with office administration subjects . Enjoy being a hands on guy who does things at own initiative . Learning new things like the ever changing legal rules of the regulatory gaming board is very challenging and exciting.

Pros: attaining level four generic management certificate has presented a great opportunity for learning.
